Anita Jaikaran is currently an Associate Director and Chief of Staff in Operations at a leading healthcare organization in the United States. Her responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day functions of her department, providing decision support to its senior leadership team, and co-leading a range of projects with the goal of streamlining operational processes.

Prior to this role, Ms. Jaikaran pursued an interest in entrepreneurship and management consulting. She also had the privilege of serving as an executive member on Guyana’s 50th Independence Celebration Committee, in which she received recognition for co-chairing the “Invest Guyana” Business & Investment forum designed to present the country’s economy to representatives from prestigious institutions and companies, including the World Bank and Exxon Mobil.

Ms. Jaikaran holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. John’s University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in the top 5% of her class. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. Her personal interests include traveling, reading, and photography. She is passionate about girls’ education, women’s empowerment and mentoring.
