The NextGen 12 is intentionally focused. It gives each honouree greater visibility while creating stronger conditions for connection, contribution, and continuing engagement within the BYG ecosystem.

The Awards do not end when the trophies are presented. Honourees become part of a growing relationship infrastructure through which knowledge, encouragement, visibility, access, and opportunity can move.
