Richard S. David is a Guyanese born activist who immigrated to New York City as a dreamer. He has lived in Southeast Queens for 25 years where he has been a consistent and trusted leader. Today, Richard is incredibly proud to run for public office to represent the hard working families of Assembly District 31 where he is currently a District Leader.
Rich was raised by a single mother who remains his role model even today. He is the youngest of three brothers and lives in South Ozone Park.
