Chinua Duke is a first generation Guyanese born in Brooklyn, New York. He is Special Assistant to New York State Senator Kevin Parker representing the 21st Senatorial district, which comprises the neighborhoods East Flatbush, Flatbush, Midwood, Ditmas Park, Kensington, Park Slope, and Windsor Terrace in Brooklyn.

While growing up, Mr. Duke has travelled extensively between Guyana and the United States. Academically, he has attended St. Joseph High School, Graduated from Kingsborough College and is currently enrolled in the University of London Law School.LLB
