Throughout his Career Rawle has worked in and held Leadership positions in the Aviation, Hospitality and Retail Industries and also Faith based organisations.
For over twenty-five years Rawle has conducted training for all levels of staff primarily in Customer Service but also in Safety, Sales, Communication and Leadership for; Guyana Airways, Cara Hotels, Edward B Beharry & Company, Unicomer Guyana Inc., Marian Academy, Citizens Bank, Grace Kennedy Guyana, MACORP, Laparkan, Sterling Products, John Lewis Styles, Demerara Mutual, Nand Persaud Group, Camex Restaurants, Ansa McAl, Guyana Tourism Authority, Ministry of Legal Affairs and many others.
He was Guyana’s first IATA qualified Flight Attendant Trainer (1992), and the first local Director of Operations with Courts Guyana Inc.
Mr. Dundas has held board positions on the Bishops High School, Love and Faith World Outreach Ministry and Youth Basketball Guyana. He also served as a Director and Secretary of the LIONS Club of Bel Air and is currently on the board of, Specialists in Sustained Youth Development and Research Inc. (SSYDR)
Rawle is the first Guyanese to become a certified member of the John Maxwell International Team: Training, Coaching and Speaking on Leadership, Personal Development and Customer Service, through his company, Professional Development Enterprise (ProDE). He has conducted numerous Master Mind classes on John Maxwell’s books: “The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth”, “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect”, “Leadership Gold” and “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership”. He has also conducted Executive Coaching.
Mr. Dundas has done presentations at Leadership and Customer Service seminars hosted by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, the Linden Chamber of Commerce and The Guyana Association of Administrative Professionals, and has been the key-note speaker at numerous events.
In May 2014 ProDE hosted: Leadercast Georgetown, an International Leadership simulcast, for the first time in Guyana.
He has spoken at a number of seminars on Leadership and Customer Experience.
