I am a Brooklyn born, Guyanese bred multifaceted creative with a passion to learn, laugh & live. Coupled with 20 years of experience – yes 20 years! – in the media and television industry across the Caribbean and the US, I’ve worked my way up from a part-time camera operator to a budding Cinematographer/Director currently immersing myself in the U.S. film industry.

As an independent filmmaker, I’m on a journey to preserve and develop culture and the visual arts in Guyana and the Caribbean. I’m committed to using film and new media as a means to bring Caribbean stories to mainstream distribution. My skills, expertise & Caribbean culture afford me a unique opportunity to bring new perspectives and insight into marketing & business strategies for any company or organization. I’ve worked on many sides of the industry spectrum and I’m confident and willing to bring new ideas to the table.

I have worked on projects with the World Bank, USAID, the Global Shapers Community – an affiliate of the World Economic Forum, Caribbean Governments, AT&T, Verizon, the Athens International Film Festival and the New York Film Academy to name a few.

My expertise also includes video editing, digital curating and archiving, data collection and analytics, social media management, project management, teaching, photography, talent management, event planning, and event management.
