Born and raised in Guyana, Kenise’s parents, both of them Pastors and Missionaries, and who were integral in grooming her into the woman she is today, migrated to the United States when she was nine.

Kenise pursued her education and found her niche in background in Human Resources. Kenise has worked for Fortune 100 companies and major non profits within New York City to build their HR departments from the ground up.

She is a songwriter, musician, recording artist, executive leadership coach and women empowerment strategist. She is also the Co-Founder of a thriving Publishing company, a 5x bestselling author, Executive Leadership Coach and international motivational speaker.
