Sara Bharrat is a non-partisan development professional who is passionate about politics and telling stories. She has over a decade of experience in media and communications and has volunteered her time in civil society for over 6 years. Sara currently works in democracy and governance development and is reading for her Master’s in Electoral Policy and Administration.
She hopes to leverage her experience and skills to strengthen Guyana’s political system beginning with its electoral system. Sara currently serves on the Implementation Team of the Electoral Reform Group (ERG) and represents ERG on the Governance Council of the Civil Society Forum (CSF).
