What do we keep?
What must we break?
What do we become?
Step into the conversation.
Building on our 2022 Women’s Forum Series, we continue a conversation on women’s leadership, generational influence, and the systems that shape how we show up in the world.
In 2022, we asked:
What have we inherited?
What has shaped our thinking?
What must we begin to challenge?
In 2026, we move that conversation forward—into discernment and decision:
what we carry forward,
what we release,
and what we are called to become.
THE CONVERSATION
Listening matters. Collaboration matters.
Yesterday, we brought that into the room—and across screens—at the launch of the Women’s Forum Series 2026.
Because moving forward isn’t a slogan.
It’s a practice.

The launch of the Women’s Forum Series 2026 was not just about conversation—it was about how we listen, how we show up for each other, and how we move forward together.
In her opening remarks, Professor Paloma Mohamed reminded us that we still have a long way to go before women can truly be considered safe—and that these conversations must continue. Her reflection that the young girls are listening grounded the moment in both urgency and responsibility.
Dr. Monique Sarius, one of the moderators, noted that what stood out was the reminder that community matters as much as individual will—and that making room for other women does not require us to shrink ourselves.
The other moderator, Kenita Roberts, echoed that call in another way—urging women to step confidently into underrepresented spaces, to trust their abilities, and to begin even before they feel fully ready. Because growth does not wait for perfect conditions—it responds to courage.
This is the work we are called to do.
Creating spaces where we can listen, not just speak.
Where we collaborate, not compete.
Where we build pathways not only for ourselves, but for those coming after us.
This is not just a series.
It is a continuation.
