Yonnick David is an ambitious entrepreneur who has been successful at a number of businesses from New York to Guyana. Starting out as a nightclub promoter in NYC, he quickly grew into a nightlife socialite with a team of promoters packing some of the hottest parties in Manhattan.

He became a managing partner at HK Lounge, where he stayed for five years before making the decision to move to Guyana to be with his Grandparents and mother. Shortly after arriving in Guyana, he started a medical supply company as well as completed a degree in International Relations. His company Medical Diagnostic Supplies Guyana INC, supplies both the private and public sector with much needed medical equipment.

He has been able to create a global network of medical supply and equipment manufacturers and distributors. Yonnick is also co-founder and developer of the Guyana Rum Festival, an event that promotes Guyana’s Culture, as well as it’s history in the Sugar and Rum industries.

Yonnick was also appointed on the board at Guyana’s Housing Ministry which is in charge of the Central Housing and Planning Authority.

He continues to have a passion for business development and believes that Guyana is a green field state with great opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors.
