Elsie Harry is a Community Development Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Urban and Rural Planning. She is also a social entrepreneur and the Founder of the “This is YOUR Life Movement”, which encourages intentional living.

Her professional and voluntary service span many areas including sustainable development, education, youth mentorship, creative arts and most recently, social entrepreneurship. She is the recipient of several awards including; Commonwealth Youth Worker of the Year Regional Finalist 2017, Republic Bank Power to Make a Difference Award 2018 and 25 Influential Women Leaders Award 2021. She is also a Royal Commonwealth Society Associate fellow and a One Young World Peace Ambassador.

Elsie is development-minded and is focused on improving the lives of Guyanese, the people of our region and the world; she wants to see every sector thrive and every citizen become productive.
